After Hours Transportation

FTSB has a Transit Clerk on duty by phone 24 hours a day, 365 a year to schedule urgent care transportation.

 

Urgent Care

Urgent care transportation may be provided 24 hours. For this purpose, "urgent care" is defined as an unscheduled episodic situation in which there is no threat to life or limb, but the passenger must be seen on the same day as request and cannot be delayed until the next day. When transportation service for urgent care is rendered with payment from KMAP expected, FTSB may verify with direct provider of service the need for urgent care. FTSB can be paged 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for brokering passenger rides for urgent care through delivery of Human Service Transportation.

 

FTSB’s office will be closed on the following holidays:

New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
